Chocolate dipped strawberries are a romantic and delicious dessert to make around Valentine's Day. I love them. Look for large, beautiful strawberries that are good enough to eat without the chocolate. Then, make sure that after you rinse them they are completely dry before you dip them into the chocolate. Your valentine will be so surprised when he comes home and you present him with this delicious snack.
